As the Department Head - Production Engineering you will be part of the Plant Operations and will report to the Plant Head - HM1D

The purpose of your role will be to head the Plant Engineering function comprising of Production Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Tool Engineering.

A purpose driven role for you

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

1. Enabling revenue growth by meeting the domestic and global market demand of EV by capacity enhancement and fulfilling ICE demand across globe through optimum utilization of the capacities.

2. Improving profitability by meeting cost parameters as per the targets and bringing improvement through shining projects.

3.Strengthening Quality systems by leveraging digitalization/data analytics to enhance customer experience with On-Time demand fulfilment of products while reducing cost of poor quality

4.. Utilization of TPM system for creating best practices, asset light planning & execution, establishing perfect manufacturing cell and model shops in individual plants while adhering to the TPM and other excellence initiatives award roadmap

5. Creating Happy, Safe & Diverse Workplace through People Centric Initiatives, Building Talent Pool, mandatory trainings & external audits

6. Developing governance structure and roadmap to drive sustainability initiatives and adhering to master plan

7. Create an eco-system to promote Innovation & driving paperless manufacturing using digitalization (MIS/SOPs/Audits/Training etc.)

Academic Qualification & Experience

B. Tech or B.E in Mechincal with 15 - 20 Years of Experience
