Role

As the Manager - CAD Primary, you will be part of CAD team and will report to Lead, Channel Expansion- Primary. The purpose of this role is to execute the Primary network projects of Channel appointment and development with high collaboration between Field Team and other related functions at HO to ensure on time delivery of CAD KPI’s in line with overall HMCL Plan.

A purpose driven role for you

The role is primarily responsible for monitoring appointment and activation plans at an AO/ZO level. To ensure compliance with brand guidelines, infrastructure, manpower standards of all new projects/upgradations. To track competition market activities and provide strategic inputs for network strategy. To correct botton 10% dealer monitoring & reporting critical/concerning dealers.

A Day in the life

As the Manager- CAD, Parts, your day will be focussed on the execution of the key Primary Network Projects of Channel Appointment & Development, performance monitoring & reporting of bottom performing dealers. It will also include tracking of competition market activities and provide strategic inputs for network strategy.

Academic Qualification & Experience

MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing. Total 7 to 8 years of experience where 5-6 years of experience in dealer development is required. Prior channel management experience is required.
