Role

As a Learning Manager you will be part of the Sales team (EMBU function) and will report to the Lead Learning Manager. The primary reason this role exists is to train new hires and employees of VIDA for business excellence. You will be responsible to drive business and training initiatives monthly, introducing modern learning methodologies to bring visible performance changes across the zone.

A purpose driven role for you

●    Training Initiatives: Drive monthly business and training initiatives for dealership staff to ensure a delighted customer service experience.
●    Digital Platforms: Train dealer manpower on digital platforms and develop appropriate professional conduct.
●    Modern Methodologies: Introduce new learning methodologies to ensure training remains impactful and relevant.
●    Delivery Excellence: Execute classroom training, On-the-Job Training (OJT), and refresher modules directly at dealerships
●    EV Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert, staying well-versed in EV knowledge and specific EV technology.
●    Handholding: Provide intensive OJT to handhold weak and low-performing dealers to improve output.
●    Certification: Ensure all staff meet product and behavioural training certification standards to drive dealership required.
●    AI & Engagement: Integrate AI tools into training sessions to increase participant engagement and modernise the learning experience.
●    Content Development: Demonstrate hands-on proficiency in Canva and other content creation tools to develop high-quality training materials

Academic Qualification & Experience

B tech or MBA
4-6 years of relevant experience (Automobile/ EV 2W preferred)

Technical Skills/Knowledge

• Tech savvy and an interest in using technology to succeed
• MS Office, Excel , PowerPoint and G Suite
• Strong communicator, both written and verbal
• Bbusiness partnership approach to identifying training needs
