As the Lead - Capability Management you will be a part of the HR function and will report to the Head - OE&D TM TD.
The purpose of your role as the Lead - Capability Building is to conceptualize, execute, and oversee all talent development programs and policies, including bespoke solutions. The role involves designing innovative processes to drive the talent strategy, build robust internal and external talent channels, enhance manager capability, foster a high-performance culture, and shape the organization into a strong Learning Organisation.

A purpose driven role for you

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. Competency and Managerial Capacity Framework - 35%
2. Functional & Technical Capability Development - 15%
3. Manage and allocate the annual learning budget, including pre-year fiscal planning and capacity assessment, contributing to the overall annual plan and budget for all learning and talent development initiatives. - 10%
4. Partner with HRBPs and Business Leaders, using consulting skills, to analyze the business environment, diagnose talent needs, and propose solutions. -Source and vet external knowledge partners/trainers for specialized training, ensuring high-quality delivery through industry research and networking. - 10%
5. Learning Governance, Measurement, and Strategy - 20%
6. Regularly analyze and incorporate feedback into flagship learning interventions to ensure relevance. The persona requires the ability to facilitate learning solutions, design adult learning-based plans, and deliver high-impact, interactive environments. - 10%

Academic Qualification & Experience

- MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/PGCHRM or equivalent degree
- 10 - 15 years and above
