Role
As the Executive - Technical Training, you will be part of the HR function and will report to the Section Head - HR.
The purpose of your role will be to design and delivery of technical training activities across the unit exclusively through Gurukul to build technical skills and capabilities across our workforce.
A purpose driven role for you
Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. Design and delivery of all Technical learning and development solutions to staff, off rolls, team members, contingent workforce (30%) - Training Plan vs Actuals, Trg Mandays, Trg Coverage Ratio.
2. Responsible to execute E&T Pillar activities in line with TPM journey at the plant. Responsible for Education & Skill Certification as per TPM Policy (25%) - TPM KPI Plan vs Achievements
3. Develop Technical Training Course modules and content including TPM (15%) - Develop Technical Training Course modules and content including TPM
4. Coordinate with Shop floor for TNI & Training Plan Development as per TNI (10%) - TNI and Trg Calendar Development and Adherence
5. Ensure Training Evaluations and Effectiveness are done for all Technical trainings with Data Management (10%) - Training Feedbacks, Pre and Post Tests, Action Learnings and Reflections, ROI, Training MIS
6. Infrastructure Development of Gurukul (10%) - Equipment of Gurukul

The purpose of your role will be to ensure workforce skill development, align employees with evolving technologies, maintain quality standards, enhance productivity, support on boarding of staff and contingent workforce to make them job ready. Upskill existing workforce to make them future ready.
Academic Qualification & Experience
- B Tech/MBA HR. Relevant training qualification or equivalent experience preferable

4-5 years’ experience in automotive industry or any Manufacturing industry

Familiar with and ideally qualified in Six Sigma / LEAN process review

Thorough understanding of training processes

Proficiency in learning management software

Experience on TPM Special Award preferred
