Role

As the Zonal Retail Finance Manager you will be part of the Sales- India BU and will report to Lead- Retail Finance. The purpose of your role will be to improve the Zonal Retail Finance Contribution to total retail by developing, standardizing and improving the process of Financing at authorized channels and effective implementation of the same. Providing alternatives to the customer and dealers in order to avail finance and enhancing the effectiveness of Finance to get incremental sales

A purpose driven role for you

Your key reponsibiities will include, but not limited to:
1. To develop the retail finance process at dealerships
2. To develop, maintain and share MIS at periodic level and on need basis
3. To provide analytical feedbacks and implement actionable for improvement at various levels.
4. To increase segment coverage by on-boarding new Financers in order to provide more options to the customers and dealers
5. To maintain and enhance relationship with existing financers and monitoring their Growth in HMCL portfolio

A Day in the life

As Zonal Retail Finance, you will plan on how to develop, standardize and improve the existing process of financing at authorized channels and effective implementation of the same. You will have an exciting opportunity to increase segment coverage by on-boarding new financers in order to provide more options to the customers and dealers.

Academic Qualification & Experience

- MBA in Finance
- 8+ years of experience in any financial institution preferably in 2 - wheelers finance/ branch banking/ 2-wheeler loan credit team

Technical Skills/Knowledge

- Knowledge of banking and finance
- Knowledge of Advance Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of credit instruments
