Short Description

Sales specialist person with knowledge in handling all functions of experience centre and pop up centres, team handling, customer handling, complete and unique customer experience, overview of daily transactions, etc.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve given targets month on month, achieving required volumes, viability and market share.
  • Extracting maximum performance from each team member in sales minimum of 85 % of Target given to team to be achieved.
  • Tracking Customer Review/ Sales Planning and preparing Daily, Weekly & Monthly Report/ Day to Day engagement with the Key Stakeholders
  • Lead Management, Test Drive Conversion, Booking and Sales Conversion (60%).
  • All subsidy related documents both state and national (FAME-II) to be completed on or before physical delivery of the vehicle, with zero error.

Education

Relevant Experience

MBA/Graduation/Diploma.

5 – 10  years in Logistics / stockyard management / warehousing.  Experience in automobile industry / high end consumer durables will be preferred.
